Minecraft costume, Halloween Banner and Fall Pumpkin

So I thought I would share a few things I worked on the past two days.

First off is my sons Minecraft costume.

So he wants to be The Diamond Minecart character.
Its a guy who You Tubes his playing on Minecraft who kids love.
This is a Diamond Helmet and Enchanted Diamond Sword (it's sparkles a little).
Luckily with the help of two Minecraft sites I got the templates. (will post sites later)

Next up is a cute little Halloween Banner made from the Eek a Boo stack from DCWV & Cricut cartridge Happy Hauntings oh and few Recollections Stickers from Michaels I got 70% off. Side note, if you have not been to Michaels lately they have all their Fall & Halloween stuff 70% off. Including flowers i got so cheap I bought about 50 packs...which you will see below on my next project.

And finally my fall pumpkin so loving this pumpkin and all the flowers.

Halloween Paper Flower Wreaths

Ok so here is the story of these wreaths. I actually made them last year...well mostly. But never got to put them up.

So these wreath initially took me about a month and over 800 flower pieces to complete. I had to deal with them ending up infested with crickets while paint was drying and the sadness of not seeing them up because our front doors were unworthy of them...lol.  But they are all done now. (oh the crickets so in Vegas we get tons of crickets and we were late on our bug spraying and I left the vine wreath outside to dry after painting them and then when I got home at night they were full of crickets. Luckily the next day since it was so hot they were all gone.)
(Finished piece at the bottom of this post)
So just a quick tutorial on how I made these.
I took a grapevine wreath I purchased at Michaels. Spray painted the entire thing black. Took a couple coats to get in all the grooves and holes.  So that was my base prep.

DCWV October Stack a Holic challenge entry

Its that time again...

I love these challenges they are so much fun.
The sketches are always so great and how can you not like using the DCWV stacks,
So I wanted to share my entry. Hope you like it.

Here is the page sketch.

Here is my version

I used the Honey Chic Stack
I have to say this is one of my favorite stacks. I think I am going to need another one soon.
And some embellishments and flowers from my hoarded stash.
I don't even know how long I have had these flowers and titles but I knew I would eventually use them. And I did.  And of course one of my flowers decided to fall apart when I take a picture.
